Requests will be accepted until 3 PM November 16th, 2026 (subject to change). Any requests submitted beyond this date will not be considered for donation.
If selected, deliveries are expected to take place between November 20th-24th . Please keep these dates in mind when submitting your request and selecting your preferred delivery dates. We will do our best to accommodate your preferred delivery date but cannot make any guarantees, so please be prepared to accept a delivery at any time on the date above.
Disclaimer(s): Requests under 10 items generally will not be able to be accommodated. Actual items may vary in appearance, especially if labelled as photo representation. Items are not guaranteed to come with cords, attachments, keys, etc. This is a request form only, a project coordinator will connect with you only if you have been selected to receive a donation.
