Thank you for showing interest and being active in Green Standards' Charitable Network!
Requests will be accepted until Thursday, July 23rd (subject to change). Any requests submitted beyond this date will not be considered for donation.
If selected, deliveries are expected to take place on/about July 24th -25th. Please keep this date in mind when submitting your request and selecting your preferred delivery dates. We will do our best to accommodate your preferred delivery date but cannot make any guarantees, so please be prepared to accept a delivery at any time during the window above.

This is a request form only, a project coordinator will connect with you only if you have been selected to receive a donation.
