Requests will be accepted until EOD January 8 (subject to change). Please note that due to the holiday and quick turn around of this project, requests will be reviewed as they come in - please get your request in as soon as possible! Any requests submitted beyond the deadline will not be considered for donation.
If selected, deliveries are expected to take place between Jan 12 - Jan 16. Please be prepared to accept a delivery at any time on this date.
Disclaimer(s): Requests under 10 items generally will not be able to be accommodated. Actual items may vary in appearance, especially if labelled as photo representation. Items are not guaranteed to come with accessories, keys, etc. This is a request form only, a project coordinator will connect with you only if you have been selected to receive a donation.
