Requests will be accepted until TBD. Any requests submitted beyond this date will not be considered for donation.
If selected, deliveries are expected to take place on the following dates: sometime in May or April, 2023. Please keep these dates in mind when submitting your request and selecting your preferred delivery dates. We will do our best to accommodate your preferred delivery date but cannot make any guarantees, so please be prepared to accept a delivery at any time during the window as indicated above.

These desks are very large and very heavy (assume 1000lbs each).
We provide a free 'tailgate style' delivery, meaning we would unload the item off of the delivery truck and onto a loading dock or floor, and it would be your responsibility to have enough staff and/or volunteers on-site to help move the items into your building.
The desks will be disassembled for delivery, and will need to be reassembled upon arrival. Your team would be responsible for this, or for finding someone who is able to assist. Our movers may be able to assist, at a cost.
The centre piece of the desk is a height-adjustable desk. There is a heater built in to the centre piece, to warm feet. The desk can connect to air condition ducting. The screens you see in the picture are TVs, not computer monitors.
